Privacy   Policy

We will monitor this policy on a regular basis in order to address new issues and reflect changes on our site. We welcome feedback and will answer any questions or concerns that you may have. It is our general policy to protect, and keep private, any information that you supply.

1. We support the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for all internet web sites, including "General Audience" and "Family Rated" sites like ours. Therefore, if you are under 13, you should leave the web site without filling out any forms or providing information about yourself, including the sending of e-mail, requesting catalogs, or any other type of action. Although we are proud that our site is rated "General Audience", it is not directed to children. Fantasy Farm Products Co. does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
   
   
2. The only information we collect is that which you enter into our data fields for requesting information, or for placing orders.
   
   
3. We do not collect personal information through the use of  "cookie" technology or IP address tracking.
   
   
4. We do not give, trade, share, rent, or sell any customer information to anyone.
   
   
5. You will not be placed on any e-mail distribution list.
   
   
6. If you request literature from us, we supply that information and you will not hear from us again unless you contact us.
   
   
7. If you place an order with us, the information supplied will be used internally as noted here: a) to acknowledge receipt of orders, b) to process, manufacture, and ship orders, c) to request verification of information or resolve problems or issues associated with orders, d) to maintain normal and legal business records, e) to maintain a list of customers, so promotional information about our products can be sent by mail. (It is not our policy to use e-mail or telephone promotional contacts; we use postal mail only.)
   
   
8. We do not use any "Shopping Cart" software that instantly sends your credit card or check card information to various financial brokers and/or bank operations for immediate collection before your order is processed.
   
   
9. Bank card transactions are not done by computer; they are handled in our store as normal bank card sales, only after your order is manually entered into our system. Bank card information is never stored in our computer data base. A normal  "hand-written" retail bank card transaction receipt will accompany your order. Your credit/debit card receipt and your bank transaction records will have OUR name on it, not some 3rd party agency.
   
   
10. We use only professional staging and development servers operated by SBC Web Services. These servers are behind secure firewalls. The information you supply is not stored indefinitely on these servers, but immediately sent to our mailbox.
    
    
11. We sometimes have links to web pages that are not owned, maintained, or controlled by Fantasy Farm Products Co. and we are not responsible, of course, for the privacy of such links. They are provided only as a convenience and you should be aware that the terms of the privacy policies of these other web sites may be different from ours and that they may collect personal information from you. We always advise visitors to refer to the privacy policies of other sites.
