  Elastic Band Snips

If you use elastic bands to hold your dog's hair in place before you attach a bow, you know the frustration of trying to remove them without problems. Often the hair is damaged and it is usually a painful experience for your dog.  The Elastic Band Snips will make the job easy. One blade has a "hook" to grab the band and pull it away from the hair, then snipping the band is a breeze to do.
